Benefits: footwork, hand quickness, eye hand coordination
Reps: 30 seconds
Sets: 4-6
Rest: 30 – 60 seconds between sets
Instructions:
Stand an arm’s length away from a partner in defensive stance.
Your partner holds a tennis ball.
Sprint to the ball after the partner’s throw.
Toss back to your partner and sprint back to the starting position.
React and sprint to the next throw from your partner.
Your partner using both hands should vary distance, direction and speed of throws.
